About Us

Harvesting asparagus since 2002 in the Red River valley on Treaty 1 territory, homeland of our Métis people, Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota & Dene people.

Practices

"Spray-free" - You do not use any chemical fertilizers or inputs in your production system but you are not certified organic.

"No-till" - You currently farm with, or are transitioning to, a system of crop rotation that does not include tilling soil.

“Better Labour” - all workers on your farm receive higher than minimum wage.

“Free Range” – Free range animals are generally un-caged, often with access to the outdoors.
