Adagio Acres is a small family farm of 80 acres located in the Interlake region of Manitoba. We are happy to make our home in a place where wild asparagus patches outnumber people and where our fields are interspersed with forests and marsh and pastures. Our crops are grown using natural land management techniques instead of chemical inputs, and we place high value on natural biodiversity. We started growing an ancient grain variety of oats in 2010, intrigued by their ability to be milled without heat processing, which in addition to being less energy-intensive, leaves the oats in their raw/unaltered state.
